5/3 Year warranty

All operator components including actuators, solar panels, radio equipment and chargers will have warranty coverage for three years. The warranty for Patriot control boards will continue to be five years.

6-Watt solar panel

Our new solar panel with higher efficiency output will increase charging capabilites and provide better charging on cloudy days and in partial shade conditions. This high efficiency PV unit, along with our efforts to utilize solar friendly accessories will allow us to supply this panel with all solar gate operators eliminating the 10-Watt panel from dual operators. This panel change will still allow our dual gate operator to provide more cycles per day than all other solar operators in the market.

Morningstar Charge Controller

All solar charged operators will now include the Morningstar SunGuard charge controller. This will prevent over charging, provide automatic reverse leakage protection and add Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), which will extend battery life and improve the charging performance of the solar panel.

New 900mA AC charger

We will include a new 900 mA charger in all AC charged operators. This 5-stage charger will continue to provide PWM charging to extend battery life, diagnostic software and more than enough charging for any installation. The smaller footprint will free up valuable space for accessories and reduce heat build up in the control box.
